Opening of the New Season at Hessisches Staatsballett

With familiar and new faces, we have kicked off the 25/26 season and begun rehearsals for the upcoming productions.

In the coming months, several world premieres as well as special collaborations are on the program:

In September, the audience can look forward to the eagerly awaited revival of Sharon Eyal’s Corps de Walk—15 years after its celebrated premiere. This will be followed by Maciej Kuźmiński’s Cantos and Become Ocean by LEE/VAKULYA.

With Motion Creation Design, a collaboration with Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences will take the stage in March 2026.

We will also be touring again, bringing works such as Bouffées by Leïla Ka, Force Majeure by David Raymond & Tiffany Tregarthen, Midnight Raga, and I don’t want to forget you smile to international stages.
