Job Vacancy: Company Manager (m/f/d) at Hessisches Staatsballett

The Hessisches Staatsballett is looking for a Company Manager (m/f/d) to join the company from 1 December 2026.

As Company Manager, you will play a key role at the intersection of artistic vision, organisational management and strategic development. Working closely with the Ballet Direction, you will contribute to the long-term planning and development of the Hessisches Staatsballett and represent the company in its relationships with national and international partners.

Your responsibilities will include contract negotiations and administrative production processes, budget planning and controlling, as well as developing and maintaining partnerships, collaborations and sponsorship opportunities.

We are looking for a dedicated professional with experience in the cultural, theatre or dance sector, strong knowledge of contract management and budgeting, and excellent organisational and strategic skills.
