Jackson Haywood

Jackson was born in Los Angeles where he began his training at Los Angeles County High School for the Arts. After completing high school he moved to Vancouver to continue his education at Art Umbrella. There he worked and performed works by choreographers like Crystal Pite, Medhi Walerski, and Marco Goecke.

In 2022 Jackson began his professional career in Ballet Opera de Lyon. He spent four years there dancing and creating works by Marlene Monteiro Freitas, Christos Papadopoulos, Marcos Morau, Ohad Naharin, Sharon Eyal, and more.

He is looking forward to building a community here in Wiesbaden and exploring a new artistic environment.
