WORKSHOP: CONTEMPORARY DANCE (CUBAN STYLE)

Cuban modern dance technique combines elements of 20th-century American modern dance with Cuban folklore, particularly with movement forms rooted in African traditions. Together with dancer Luisa Santiesteban, workshop participants will explore the fundamentals of posture, coordination and musicality while investigating rhythm, dynamics and expressive possibilities.
