Move, Research, Play: Interdisciplinary Workshop for Physical Theatre

In this interdisciplinary workshop, elements of acrobatics, dance, physical theatre, and circus merge into a unique form of expression. Participants are invited to explore their sense of playfulness and physical comedy, improvise, and use simple materials as movement impulses to tell stories without words.

No previous experience is required. Initial experience in movement, theatre, or dance is helpful, but not necessary. Participants should bring comfortable clothing and an object/material they would like to explore as a play partner within the context of physical theatre, circus, or dance.
