Gaga / People class

With Ido Toledano for participants 16+

Gaga is a movement language developed over many years by choreographer Ohad Naharin and practiced daily by the members of his Batsheva Dance Company. Gaga is a new way of gaining knowledge and self-awareness through the body.

This dance technique provides a framework for discovering one’s body and improving flexibility, stamina, and agility, while also stimulating the senses and imagination.

Open to individuals aged 16 and above. No prior dance experience is required. Please wear comfortable clothing. We dance barefoot or in socks. It is advisable to bring a bottle of water and a towel for use after class.
