By creating space and emptiness in the dancers inside, Cenere makes them disappear and at the same time allows the gestures of the body to emerge. Concentrating on the space between the bodies, she creates &#8211; supported by light gestures, architectural elements and the composition of aspecific soundscapes &#8211; a surrealistic landscape. As part of her dance career, she has attended international festivals such as ImPulsTanz and the Venice Biennale. In 2016 she became a member of the Virgilio Sieni Company (Italy) in projects such as La Mer and Il Cantico dei Cantici. For her multi-award winning 2017 choreography Kokoro, she was invited to the 2019 NID New Italian Dance Platform and selected among the Aerowaves Twenty18 Artists, among others. Other creations followed with Twin (2018), Pneumatika (2018) and Zo\u00e9 (2021), among others.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col col-custom-2\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Workshop\u00a0<em>Invisible Fields<\/em><\/h3>\n<p>For me, the essence of a performative act lies in the unspoken and must be sought beyond the visible. A performative act moves the viewer:inside in a deep place, through a strong inner thrust that goes from the body into the space and thus affects us. Through this we actively participate in what is happening, because a part of ourselves is in motion.<br \/>\nThere is an invisible and at the same time tangible space through which this transmission takes place. A space composed of memories, symbols, gestures and images. In the process, a collectively shared knowledge emerges, with openness to interpretation and its evolution. In the Invisible Fields workshop, we draw on thoughts and practices from my research to learn something beyond the body through the body.
